If you have ordered a “kit” but lack the time or motivation to make the product, please reach out to us too. We do make up the final product too and charge this service at a rate of $21 per hour.
RETURNS
Returns are allowed up to 30 days from the date of order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this time. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require the order number/invoice number and the goods to be returned to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
